Hailing from Australia, Mick started his career in diving on Koh PhiPhi in 2006. During his time there he quickly became addicted to the underwater world. Guiding and Instructing evolved into dive shop management, followed by resort, hotels and restaurant management. This accumulation of hospitality and diving experience in isolated locations and premium resorts made him a prime candidate to manage some of the foremost luxury boats in Indonesia.
For the last 5 years he has played host to some of the most affluent and recognised guests to visit the Indonesian archipelago. He uses this experience to assist with trip preparation and vessel management in the production department and has a keen interest in general operations in this challenging marine sector.
