Jace Green

After a career spanning almost 20 years in food & beverage, bar and restaurant management that stretched across the world including USA, The Caribbean, Europe and UK, Jace decided it was time for him to fulfill his childhood dream of becoming an underwater cameraman.
He moved to Thailand in 2005 to learn to dive and make underwater films, 6 years later he moved to Indonesia to film and explore the rich tropical waters here.

Soon after his first live-aboard experience he realized there was potential for operators to benefit from his vast hospitality knowledge in order to assist them improve the levels of service and overall quality onboard.
In 2014 his first job in the industry was Cruise Director for a fleet of 4 luxury Phinisis’ covering all the finest diving spots from Raja Ampat, Komodo, Alor and beyond. After 3 years he then moved on to more exclusive high-end vessels that mostly specialized in private charters.
