Vessel Management
We understand every boat is different and each owner has their own individual expectations and standards that they expect to be maintained onboard. Our full management package covers all aspects in the list below for the complete hands free running of your vessel. From HR management to data entry, preparing monthly financial reports and all legal documents.
Provisioning all fuel, dry goods, fresh food, alcohol and all other supplies that are essential to ensure maximum operational efficiency is always achieved. Engineering and technical support is provided from our in-house experts including dry dock booking and supervision along with any necessary upgrades or refurbishment work you wish to carry out.
Vessel Construction
At Segara Marine, we work with the well respected and world-renowned boat builder Pak Haji Wahab to construct quality bespoke vessels using the best materials that are built with love, passion and unmatched craftsmanship. Our project management fee is agreed with you beforehand, we do not believe in marking up the supplies or equipment you require for your build.
You pay exactly what the supplier’s invoice says, we pride ourselves on maintaining this honest and transparent policy. We have a department to assist with design and construction along with site supervision and full communication support throughout your project. Upon completion of your newly built asset we will discuss with you which one of our management services would best suit your requirements.
